From June 11 to 14, the latest edition of the Meat Industry Fair took place, an event that has established itself as the most important meeting point within the Iberian sector in our country, as it continues to attract more and more attendees, not only from the province of Salamanca, but also from the rest of Spain. This year’s edition was particularly interesting because of the quality of the visitors, which shows that the sector is becoming more professional every day.
