Following the success achieved last season with our new made-up covers for hams, for the upcoming season we have developed a new model made from the same material, but with a plastic-coated finish, allowing it to be used without the need for any kind of paper, since this finish acts as a barrier that prevents grease from seeping through the cover while still allowing it to breathe to prevent mold from forming. The result is an attractive cover suitable for contact with food, with the added advantage that it is very comfortable and quick to handle, saving time and money.
As with the previous covers, both the cord and the Iberian seal always remain visible.
